I purchased an outfit that did not fit. I returned the outfit after having to haggle with the refund amount and then the Post Office did not have a receipt when I dropped it off and now I am told that I will NOT get my refund because there is no receipt. I am sure there is a way to track the product once it has been scanned back into your system. I am out almost $40.00!

I really liked the outfit but it took 6 weeks for me to receive it and when I did the person just threw it on the porch didn't ring my bell or anything luckily no one grabbed it but suffice it to say my shipping and delivery left little to be desired

Don't bother ordering anything. You're never going to get it and when you try to get your money back they just ignore you. It's a scam company

Hello, Although I received what i ordered. I feel it took too long to be delivered. The items fit my wife well and it looked just like it appeared on the pictures.

Ordered a dress. Waited, waited, waited. Contacted you, you said waut another week or ask for refund. Waited, waited. You cancelled my order because you couldn't get the dress. I was out of pocket for weeks and then refunded. No dress

Shipping is a bit longer than most but im extremely pleasantly surprised that everything fit great, looks amazing on and is all perfect... ill be ordering again.

I ordered on February 17,2026 and did not receive almost a month later. The delivery time has to get better

I have emailed several times regarding my order as it says it was delivered. I have not received my dresses and really would like them shipped to me and a response back please. It was $64 and I either need a refund or my money back please and thank you.

Dress top part fits weird. I won't wear it. Skirt part is fine and very cute but the top fit just does not lay right.

I ordered 2 items. 1 was perfect the other was crap. Nothing like the item shown. Wanted to return and get my money back but chicme prolonged it all by offering a 10% refund(which was laughable) and having me to send pictures of usps receipt (which I did twice). Never again will I deal with such an incompetent company. Stop sending me emails and ur trashy requests to order from you!

I had a very disappointing experience with ChicMe. The shipping time was extremely long—far beyond what was originally estimated. I waited weeks with little to no updates, and getting any clear information about my order was frustrating.
To make matters worse, after all that waiting, I was informed that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. This should have been communicated upfront, not after I had already spent my money and waited for so long. It feels very unorganized and misleading.
Customer service was not very helpful either. Responses were slow, and I didn't get a clear resolution right away. Overall, the whole process felt like a waste of time and money.
I would not recommend ordering from ChicMe unless you're prepared for long delays and the possibility that items you purchase may not even be in stock.

I ordered a large based on your size chart and it was too big

Fits well true to size and pretty just as advertised. It took a little while to get here as it was coming from overseas, but when it arrived, it was beautiful.

Looked nice in my imagination on her body. Still hasn't been given to her yet. Sometimes life gets in the way.
