Purchased 3 items which was outsourced to different vendors. 2 items came from one vendor and the 3rd item was totally wrong. I had to ship it back and after 3 weeks I'd called to check on my item. They said it was marked received and for me to check with the post office and my neighbors. Couldn't locate my package and Chic Market wouldn't help. They wouldn't refund and only willing to give store credit, but I wouldn't by anything from these crooks again. Bottom line, I'm out 50 bucks!

So I make the huge mistake of signing into Facebook. I know. To the right, I see a Puzzle Ring! A puzzle ring, last seen in the 70's, so they are tracking my age and probably that I just had a convo about weed. I click on it. They won't let me get to the ring until I cough up REAL info. Fake email won't fly. I take the sodomy like a champ and... NO PUZZLE RING. Just a bunch "91% OFF 2 HOURS LEFT" cheap costume Dollar General crap jewelry. Don't the tracking engines know I'd still be married if I wanted that crap?

The item looks totally different than what I received. The band is like - spray painted white with multiple chips. Horrifying. To return anything (this is my first purchase) you need to connect with customer service (what is this 1995?)

I paid $26.95, stupid me I thought it would look like the picture.
This was the customer service response - So they deduct $5 from my return and it costs me $7 to send it back. No thanks, Ill donate it and never buy again. Buyer beware. Too bad they had cute stuff on their website, but who knows what it all really looks like.

Merchandise is what can be expected for 'fake' jewelry... not bad... But trying to return a piece watch out. I e-mailed... as stated was the procedure... I called... was told I would be getting a return authorization... They NEGLECTED to tell me the authorization would be coming from UPS... I was looking for ChicMarket... I called again, said I didn't get it and they said it would be there this week... again I thought implying it was coming from ChicMarket... Just called again now... since I waited past the deadline they said it was too late. Bad communication as far as I am concerned.
