I have started to order on Numerous Occasions but due to the Customer Services Negative Response I deleted my orders. After reading the reviews on the App, Site & Merchandise I am really glad I did. If a company doesn't respect the customer enough to reply to the questions or at least some of the comments, I really don't want to spend my money with them. I'm serious, aren't we customers the ones that help to keep your business open?

It's been unbelievable, l looked every where for the london blue topaz ring and finally found it at chicmarket!
I've ordered a few pieces of jewelry and was happy with most of what I received. But received a ring I didn't like (it was pretty in the photo but not in person) and decided I would take advantage of the 30 return policy. You have to jump through hoops to make a return and in the end, they may not accept it. Since I removed the ring from the plastic bag in arrived in, it was no longer in its original packaging. AND they can charge a restock fee! I won't order from this company again.
Web site not user friendly. Ordered one ring, order confirmation said two, would not let me correct. Customer service was absolutely no help. Got stuck with two rings even though the site says, you have 30 minutes to make adjustments to order. Now I have to send it back at my expense and be charged a restocking fee. BS!
Brilliant and Gorgeous. I've been waiting to get a anniversary ring and my birthday is in September. This Ring marriages the two together. I'm so thrilled. It's breathtaking.

Very easy to shop and great prices too. Only wish that they carried smaller ring sizes, I usually wear a 41/2 but it is almost impossible to find rings that small. So I make do with a 5, it's difficult sometimes to keep them on but there are ways to make it work.

I ordered my wife a simple single stone Opal ring that she admired one evening as we were surfing the Chic site. I really goofed by not asking her what size to order and Chicmarket sent the default size as shown that was a size 6. She actually needed a size 9. I called customer service and told them what a dope I was and I would send the #6 back and would they please sent the #9. They said no problem and to keep the size six and they very promptly sent the size nine. WOW, what a great way to solve MY mistake. We have since ordered many items and have always been happy with their quality and exceptionally fast shipping.

I bought a pair of earrings that I have been trying to return. They are beautiful but do not look on my ears. I've been emailing for 2 weeks for a return label but get no satisfaction. I find this lack of concern sad.
