I'm from NY and tried calling the number associated with Chic Market's customer service, *******088 so that I could speak to someone live. Unfortunately, the recorded message stated that "the number could not be reached from my calling area".
I have had no luck finding a phone number for their company so that I could rectify a problem I had at check out.

This is the first time that I purchased from Chicmarket and I am very pleased. The product looked and fit like the picuture.

Contacted customer service for advertisement sale:

MKF Collection Coffee Jasmine Cross-Body Shoulder Bag by Mia. Website advertises bag at $34.99. (85% Off). HOWEVER... Walmart sells this EXACT bag for NORMAL day price of $29.99. Is this false advertising?
3 emails to customer service and no reply. Where is the ripoff report button? NO STAR RATING... had to do 1 star or it would not take my review.

My order was duplicated 2 times, and 2 watches didn't work. I keep getting computer generated responses, and still don't know where to send my returns! I've tried the phone numbers for assistance, and they don't work. This is a scam, with products that are very poor quality!

No question sipping is sucks these why I don't sopping hir anymore. I like the staff they selling, but a shipping is a big headik. So I quit.

I have always had great luck with the items that I order from ChicMarket. The few times that I have had a problem, it has always been corrected to my satisfaction. This particular piece of jewelry is beautiful and I would have no qualms about recommending it to anyone who enjoys wearing ankle bracelets.

Like Chicmarket -the price and quality. But I gave them a 4 because sometime you get the items really fast and then it takes for every for the item to come. Do not understand since you pay for shipping.

It's exactly what I wanted! The hidden compartment to store a wallet, money! The Royal Blue is my favorite color! The blue chained handle brings out the purse! The drawstrings tassels are awesome! I recommend buying this. Handbag strongly!

I ordered rings and the total was over $700. The shippment was duplicated and so was my credit card. I have been trying to get refunded and send the product back yet get ZERO responce on emails. All the phone numbers I can find do not work or are not correct. Super frustrating. Really would love to use this company yet the return policy and customer service is really bad! And scary!

The bracelet is good quality and have a great look. I am very pleased with it and I am going to really enjoy wearing it! It also was delivered sooner than I expected. Nice!

I had the same experienced. It took so many follows up before my issue was resolved. They credited me except the shipping cost. Now I am contemplating whether to order again, though I like the quality of their products.

I ordered an amethyst ring from these people for a birthday present of which I paid $60 cdn and it has never been delivered. I have tried to contact these people as I have ordered from them before and like there product. I also paid for this through PayPal and since March have not received a reply or apology or suggestions
