I ordered my items, mind you 20 items on December 15,2015. My items are trickling in, one by one and tomorrow is Christmas Eve. I'm upset that Chicmarket didn't ship all my items in one box instead they're being delivered in individual shipping packages. Now I'm anxious and now I have to go out and purchase more items to give to my guest. What an inconvenience. And this is becoming pricey. I'm so disappointed.

2015 CHRISTMAS: VISA DEDUCTED AMOUNT ON DECEMBER 17 AND ITS DECEMBER 20 AND ITEM HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. I THOUGHT MERCHANTS COULD NOT TAKE MONEY UNLESS ITS THE DAY OF DELIVERY?

Thanks for an effortless return. I would mention that it might have been easier to have canceled the duplicate order before the need for return postage at your expense. However, I am completely satisfied with my product, the swift delivery and the ease of return. Thank you very much, Cynthia
I don't know where the find print was, but beware they have a"credit only" refund policy "unless the item is damage or wrong item.
I had a little problem with waiting for shipping notification at first, but everything was ok after I contacted to customer support. Good prices and beautiful jewelry!

Very good quality earrings and they were exactly and honestly just how they described them on the web-site. This is so important to me because I just recently had an AWEFUL experience with Amazon.com. They described some diamond stud earrings that cost $100 as being genuine. 33 diamonds set in sterling silver. When I got them they were only. 25 in size and the supposed sterling silver setting is already tarnishing. Needless to say I will never shop there again and am so thankful to have now found an honest company "chicmarket.com" with reasonable prices and choices. Thank you again.
