Be sure to read their return policy that they only issue store credit only, not the original payment method. I bought a bag and found out it is defective. The online picture shows the bag stand upright. But when I placed the bag on the floor, the 4 tips of the bag is not level and the bag/purse fall down to the floor and all items fell out of the purse. The whole purse to get a bag/purse is to be functional, to secure your items, and this bag obviously is defective. So I call them to get the refund and the rep that I talked to insist that the upright picture does not guarantee the bag will sit upright. What they are saying is like don't rely on their misleading pictures to make any online purchase decision. I rebuke they do not state the bag can not sit upright in the product description, so the picture itself misleads the buyer to make purchase and that is scam/fraud. They finally agree to refund back to my credit card, but need to deduct 10& stocking fee. It is totally a scam. I will never buy anything from this website again. Macys website is trustworthy, honest, fair and treat the customers right. I will always buy from Macys.

I purchased a handbag from Chic Markets in October 2015. I was really happy with the quality of the merchandise (I thought). I went on vacation over the Christmas holidays and carried the handbag with me. To my surprise, a screw that held one of the handles together fell out and the handle broke. When I returned home on January 4,2016, I contacted the company to ask what I could do to get the handle replaced or exchange the merchandise. Their response was that I was SOL because they have a 30 Day Return Policy. This is ridiculous because the product was defective. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't carry the same purse everyday, so I can't understand the return policy. I will never purchase another item from this company, and I will not be referring them to anyone else.

This is a terrible company to order from. I have asked for an RMA 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive. I purchased merchandise and found that the recipients had a similar product. Called, no answer. Emailed 3 times no response and finally emailed customer service. Received a response and was told my return was classified as a "Buyers Remorse". I don't know who these individuals are but I agree perhaps they are actually a scam. Do not purchase and expect any type of help with a return.

Ever feel as though some on-line companies are actually a scam? Normally I do a little research before purchasing with just anyone on-line. Unfortunitly, this time I submitted my order and hit the send button. Over a week later my item has still not been shipped, but they quickly processed a payment with my credit card. E-mails directly to the company about the matter are a total waste of time. U just get a computer generated response. My thoughts are, the $9.42 cents you might save with this company is just not worth the aggravation. Please read some other reviews to see their lethargic lead time. If I actually receive my item I'll be astonished.
