The Ps and Qs were recommended to me by my son's daycare. He started biting at 12 months of age, far to young to understand the standard biting protocol at the daycare which is timeout and verbal statement "We don't bite our friends". He was teething at the time which did not help. He does not bite to get stuff, and seemed to bite in times of frustration. He likes to be alone or off to the side of a group, so when the teacher set him into the middle of the class, he would bite while trying to crawl over to another place to sit. He has been wearing the P or Q on a pacifier attacher almost every day at school for several months. Having something available to chew on seems to distract him from chewing on other kids. Now that he is old enough to understand the words "No biting" (18 months), we use the words and give him something to chew on, either the P or Q.

I've been ordering from Chewy for a couple of years - I first discovered them when they were a fresh startup going by the name of Mr. Chewy.

I started using Chewy because of their low prices and great selection of higher-end cat food. The shipping is always super fast - they often ship an hour or two after my order is placed - and the big box usually arrives in 2-3 days. Since I started using this company, I haven't had a single problem with one of my orders.

I haven't used Auto Ship to get free shipping, but with three cats, it's not hard to hit the free shipping minimum if I get two months worth of food at a time. I just kind of feel bad for the UPS or Fed Ex guy who has to haul the box up to my door.

Sensory Integration

Our son has Sensory Integration disorder and the Q has been a life saver as the window sill in his room is completely chewed down to the metal guard. This has been very helpful in reducing his finger and toe biting issues also.

I have ordered a number of items from Chewy and always been very satisfied with the ease of navigating their website and how quickly the items arrive at my door. They are based in Florida, and I am too so I'm sure that helps with the shipping time.

Once, I ordered a hardness for my dog and it was too small (my fault for not measuring). I called them early in the morning, not sure if anyone would even answer. Lo and behold someone answered immediately without even having to go through a bunch of voice prompts to get to a customer service person. The gentlemen I spoke to was friendly and noticed I also lived in Florida, so he made small talk about the weather and the area. He also said they would refund me within 24 hours for the harness and I was welcome to keep it, or donate it to a local shelter. I didn't even need to send it back! How great is that?!

To make it even better, a couple of months later, I got a random card in the mail from them, thanking me for my business! WOW. I am a lifetime customer of Chewy now.

The left my cat whit out a food for 2 days and it was on auto ship. Yesterday give them a call was assured that despite a delay food will be her today.
Well today, call them up and the same song all over again the food will be tomorrow. But how that i explain that to my hungry cat?

Well the chewy is not what is use to be, and i was loyal costumer for many years.
I just cont trust them any more, they cheap but not reelable!
You now what they excuse- THEY dont ship on saturday or monday. Well i dont really care what is the delivery schedule or protocol we make a deal, you give me delivery date keep it.

Well and let me add lately the shipping got messy as well, cat liter spilled all over in box, metal cans of deferent food i buy some time for my cat, come damaged.And its really big no no for canned food.
One thing is not receive a food, God forbid some body pet get poison.

Best Company EVER!

Great great great customer service, I wish there were more companies like this! Let me start of by saying that I've been using chewy.com for my dog food needs since I got my puppy 10 months ago and have NEVER had a problem. I use autoship for the discounted price and my order is delivered each and every month this month however I received the wrong food (remember this is the first time I've ever had a problem) so I called customer service to report my problem and after apologizing the lady said they would ship my blue buffalo out first thing in the morning but since I live in Alabama it may take until Tuesday to arrive. I was worried about my baby girl running out of food before then so she told me that if this were to happen and I had to run out and buy some to get by on that chewy would be happy to reimburse me! Wow! And if that weren't enough... (I had previously mentioned to her that the bag of Taste of the Wild I received had a small rip in it and had spilt out into the shipping box) she told me that I could donate that bag to my local shelter if I wanted... I can't say enough great things about chewy... this absolutely made my day!

LOVE THIS SITE! I have an autoship for both my cat and my two dogs for thei food... I will add kitty litter to it when I need more before it ships and treats as well. They are very well priced. I was able to get all of our animals new ceramic bowls for a great price (water and food bowls) I think I only paid $30ish for 6 bowls (2 4 cup bowls, 2 2 cup bowls and 2 1 cup bowls.) I also purchased 2 mats... the 4 cup bowls go into a stand and I am still searching for the right mat for it. Customer Service is GREAT! I have dealt only a few times but they will refund yo if anything is wrong with the order. They only down side is sometimes the food takes longer than its normal 3 or 4 day shipping time. When I am running low on dog food it can really inconvenience us.

Their customer service is incredible. My dog ate an expensive special food. When he passed away I had an unopened box. Chewy.com refunded my full amount and asked us to donate the food to a local shelter rather than return it... all of this on Thanksgiving Day! Their Chat help, I discovered, is available 24/7 for help or advice with my pet's food, etc. Anyway, they have earned my business for anything they sell that my dog needs.

I've ordered some items for my cat from this website twice. Shipping was amazingly fast, and the prices were reasonable. There is a plenty of selection of grain-free cat food as well as flushable cat litter. I'm very satisfied with the cost, shipping, varieties of goods, and the most importantly, my cat loves them!

Highly recommend this site/company. Couldn't rave enough about them.

If you want a safe and reliable place to get pet food (and other) online, at fair prices this is the place. Supper selection. They carry food and toys that other sites do not. They also have a feature available to auto order and the first time you sign up with this feature you get a big discount.

Fast shipping, very friendly, prompt and efficient customer service. Old school customer service. The kind that really do care about not only their customers, but also their business.

One time I was horribly sick with the flu (foggy out of my mind) and didn't realize that I had deleted the cat food from my cart order of dog/cat food. I noticed a couple days later when checking for shipping details to find out what day to keep an eye out for the box. I asked them how much to overnight the cat food, as we were already low that month. They replied "None of our fur-family will go without food" and told me they had already shipped a bag out to me before replying to my email: Free of charge both the bag of food and the overnight shipping. I was absolutely shocked. All I asked was how much to overnight. Who does that? Who cares like that? Chewy.com does. Nuf said.

They already had a permanent customer in me, but that solidified even more.

This is my first time ordering pet food online. I did review this company on another site but I feel I must spread the word. This company is awesome! I placed my order on Tuesday and the food was delivered on Wednesday. Needless to say cats being who they are did not like the brand of food that I ordered two cases of. I chatted with their customer service and was told to donate the cat food to a shelter instead of sending it back. They credited my account and of course I ordered two more cases of food (different brand) and Chewy is sending the food free of shipping charges. Love it!

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for quite some time now, and let me tell you, they are AWESOME! They are the greatest place to order from, and you get your order really fast! If you have any problems, they help you out in every possible way.

One time I received a wrong product (this totally WASN'T their fault, I blame Scott Pet Product for their unbelievable product change, replacing real chicken with sweet potato with artificial flavoring and coloring and calls it "chicken flavored"... shame on them!). When I told them I wasn't aware of the product change and asked if I can return them for refund, they told me not to return but donate them to a local shelter. Not only they provide a wide selection of high quality products, they support NPO and rescue/shelters, how great is that?

I make a LOT of online purchases for my pup, and Chewy.com by far ranks #1 on my list. Product, price, and service... Chewy.com has it all. Their customer service is the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered.

There should be more company's like Chewy.com! They are the best of the best!
