This is the worst company I ever dealt with while attending school. I forgot to cancel a subscription they charged me and refused to credit me ir remove my payment option from the website. I had not even accessed the book or website in 3 weeks since I finished school. Do not use this website!
Question: How Do I Send. Keep Getting Message "Your Question Is Too Long. Please Make Sure You're Just Asking One Question And Only Include The Necessary Information For The Question To Be. I am using chegg study over three year and now when i want to post some question on it. Chegg policies did not allow to post it. Then why i am wasting my money on it.

It was 4 days after the due date of the subscription and i was sick. Chegg charged me for next month's subscription. I tried to complain and customer service name Knox said that I used it a lot. So what if I used a lot before but not after subscription should have ended and I'm finished school. The customer service member did not care. This is a scam!
Worst people to deal and having no brain, if you will miss to cancel the subscription, then they will charge you for full one month. I talked to even supervisor but they are like robots with no brain, just keep repeating same stuff and want your money, you use their service or not, it does not matter to them.
Cancelled 6 months ago yet I keep getting charged. Was told 3 months in a row I wouldn't be charged again but it keeps happening. Turning it over to my bank as fraud
Chegg, states (on its website) that you could purchase your rental. When I could not purchase my e-book rental through the website, I contacted the customer service supervisor who reports that e-books are subject to the publisher's contract with Chegg. If anyone would like to rent an e-book with a plan to buy later, please confirm before renting it from Chegg. There are other websites where you could buy the same e-book during or after rental.
It is a scam, the steal money from bank account. Especially Dana cannot talk to people. They charged me a 100 dollars.
Scammers stay away!. This website is all lies just to keep your money. Tried to use it and it didnt work. I told customer service and Ivan refused to refund my money. He said is due to usage when I didnt even have a chance to use it. What a scammers!.
They say you will get service and answer quick they do not provide answer when you need it so no point to spend money over something you do not get and when you can't find and try to cancel service they will cancel but say we will still charge you for entire month even you did not use that month or only just subscribing for 5 minutes they are charging and not refunding the amount you paid. Ridiculous customer service and no help. So I highly recommand if you are not sure do not buy or get into the trap of getting help with assignments.
I WOULD RATE THEM with 0 ZERO Stars if oossible. Chegg has horrible customer service and a business model that is to operate on looting money from Students. First, the material on Chegg is not always Accurate and has several incorrect references and materials. Second, they continue to Charge you renewal money WITHOUT SENDING RENEWAL REMINDERS. YOU CAN NOT EVEN DELETE YOUR CARD INFORMATION. We are students and may or may not require your service on regular basis. WHAT GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE RENEWING WITHOUT SENDING THE RENEWAL NOTICE. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME...
I find this service completely worthless. I used it once to look up something, gave them my credit card to pay for a month but got hit again for $22 not expecting it. When I contacted them they said "sorry" and would not return my money. I used this service only once and never again because I was able to find information I needed for research in many other ways that didn't cost me $50 for once answer. BUYER BEWARE!
Got pop-ups saying "60/70% off subscription!" only to get to checkout and see no coupons applied. Called up and was told it was an issue on my end, so I grabbed my partner's computer, and using a different browser/internet connection, replicated the results that caused the pop-ups to offer a discount that doesn't get applied. Their only solutions after I pointed out the misleading advertising was to either pay the full price and trust they'd reimburse me or buy text-books which came with a free trial. Looking at the reviews in aggregate, these guys are extremely, extremely dodgy. Avoid at all costs.
I discovered I've been charged for the past 4 years on an account and email I never use anymore as it was so long ago. I created it in high school to use it one time and thought it was just for one month. When I explained my situation, the "best" they could do is refund me for the last 3 months due to their policy. A refund of $30 doesn't really do me any good when I've paid them over $400. Chegg should be more understanding in these situations and review their policies since it seems to only be helping themselves and hurting their customers.
Their customer service representatives are unreliable. They said they would cancel my subscription, didn't, then charged me again then wouldn't refund or explain why. Absolutely terrible company marketed towards students and their pocket change. Disgusted.
After being charged twice in the same month for a monthly subscription, Chegg online customer service blamed the situation on me claiming that I had 2 subscriptions for the same service under 1 email. Why that would even be possible, I am not sure. They gave no solution other than cancelling the subscription (which is not being used) with no refund. The person on the other line (Dixie) was rude and could not provide any assistance other than to cancel the accounts. We will not be using this again.
The experts are hired from India. They are hiring just about anybody, even those with no expertise and without a complete degree. Also the employees are NOT satisfied with the payment policy of CHegg India. They offer peanuts. Less than $1.5 a question.
This app is totally useless and a waste of time and money I subscribed to the app last week and now when I log in to my account they are saying to log in again and waste the money again I had chosen a plan of 1 month not for one week. Guys do not waste money on such foolish applications they are totally useless and fraud.
How pathetic of Chegg. As a college student for the last 4 years, I had only heard of Chegg through my close friends. I had a Chegg account for 3 years in college. Never saw a single ad for Chegg ever, but now I see ads for on Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc. That's how you know a company is at an all time low when they are posting ads on these ubiquitous social media sites. It is ironic how Chegg would offer a convenient way to cheat in college but act as a complete informant of its own users to universities around the nation. Now I see the Chegg ad on Snapchat claiming to "help 90% of college students" and I cannot help but to laugh out loud
It has a wide collection of questions and answers. Be careful as it has questions only with no answer. Every time we google certain questions it comes up in Chegg, that's where it tempts you to sign up with Chegg to get an answer. Once you signup no answer and although you could ask Chegg's tutor they will take 2 working days and comes up with no answer. Their reply will provide more details. Refunding is not an option so it's totally waste of money and time.
This service is absolutely worthless. Terrible answers that are copy and pasted from someone else's answer, regardless if it fits. Then even worst customer service to resolve the dissatisfaction.
Answer: Half real half scam wil work for a day or 2 then lock you out
Answer: The monthly money is for an additional service. You can opt out of it at the time of your order. Supposedly. Check other reviews. Many of them say they were still charged after canceling the service. My best suggestion is to stay away from Chegg if at all possible.
