I would grade 0 to this site, if there was one. This site is absolutely unreliable and dishonest site, basically cheating the members. I failed in my exams for being depended on this site. They charge a lot for subscription but failed to give the correct answers. Members itself answer the questions which are mostly wrong. It is a disgrace to the community, must be abandoned. Be warned!

I subscribed but within 15 minutes of using it I realized that the answers were incomplete. I had 10 questions and no solution. I entered the chat and requested a refund, after all I did not use anything because the answers were incomplete. The chat attendant said it was not possible to do the refund. Total disrespect with the consumer. I did not use the product because of poor service. When I initially google it the question appeared but after payment the answers were not correct and incomplete. Seriously that they did not refund a service that was not even done? Policy? What about the law? Disrespectful.

Whichever questions I wanted help with, it did not have the answer to. Total waste of money, and they are answered by some random person who wrote inaccurate and incomplete answers on a piece of paper and uploaded it. Not clear, not accurate, this is even if you found the answer to what you are looking for.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR SIGNUP! Thought that we were purchasing a used book since we searched and searched the internet for a few hours just to find this book and the price was $123. Just received an email letting us know that our "rental" was due in seven days and if we want to purchase the book it would cost us another $168. #INSANE. NEVER heard of a textbook rental costing so much. UGH! #CHEGG.COM#SCAM

They won't cancel subscriptions and will just keep charging you. Be prepared to report them as frauds to your bank.

I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION ON THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO END (11.23-11.30 AM IN THE MORNING). I WAS CHARGED AGAIN THE NEXT DAY, AND I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SEVICE WHY I WAS CHARGED, AND TO PREVENT ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN THE FUTURE THEY ASKED MY IF I WANT TO STOP THE SUBSCRIPTION, OBVIOUSLY I SAID YES. AND I TOLD THEM WHAT COMPENSATION WILL I RECEIVE DUE TO THE SYSTEM FAULTY SINCE I CANCELLED IT THE DAY BEFORE BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED. THEY TOLD ME I CANT GET REFUND AND I SHOULD SEE MY MONEY GO AWAY FOR NOTHING. THIS IS A SCAM FOR STUDENTS WHICH IS AWFULLY WRONG AND EXTREMELY DISADVANTAGOUS.

Scam. College students have semesters and do not always need Chegg every semester. Chegg WILL charge you whether you need your services or not. You cannot cancel!

I needed help with some Homework but was very hesitant to pay 19.95 for a subscription. I needed the help though. Well I could not find anything I was looking for and a couple of things I did find were wrong. I contacted Chegg asking for cancelation and refund, they then told me they could not issue a refund. What do you mean you cant issue a refund. I paid for a service that screwed me I did not receive the service or what I paid for. They did not care at all. I went to PayPal where I paid it from and sure enough I had to cancel payments to them even though the subscription was canceled or they would have just kept charging me. I clicked REPORT a PROblem on PAypal and requested a refund for a service I did not receive and Paypal got me a refund immediately. CHEGG is a rip OFF do not purchase! STAY AWAY good thing I paid thru paypal

I am really disappointed in the services chegg offers, the company is a joke, they been charging my account from feb-nov without my approval to do so. I canceled the subscription then they re-activated my account without my approval. Charging me all this time. Don't subscribe with chegg, quizlet is the best and I recommend everyone reading this to stop and ditch chegg it's a scam. Very disgusted with the lies and service. They don't deserve even a rating.

This is a scam fraudulent website. I needed a study guide so I googled my question, their site popped up and showed my test and said click here for all the answers and a study guide. It showed the answers blurred out. Said pay $21 and get the answers. So I paid and there was no answers or study guide. It was a complete scam. I asked for my money back five minutes later after I told them how they tricked and scammed me via chat and they said too bad so sad. I then looked up their reviews and saw that they have scammed thousands.

Stay away from Chegg! They will trick you into subscribing, claiming that your questions have been answerered but it's just the questions that are copy pasted in the answer section. Yet, they would not do a refund

No refund for the subscription when you did not even use the service and I could not remove payment methods. So, they will basically take your money every month forever when you start subscribing to their service.

The copy and highlight function only work sporadically on the desktop and every time I change the page in the app it gives me an error. I have to stop the app and reload it every time I change the page.

They're for real just bull$#*!ting us expecting us to believe answers on homework are worth a 15$ Monthly subscription.

If there is something below 1 star, I will give it to this website. First, I sent my question, and the answer was a copy and paste of my question! Isn't that a big joke? I sent the same question, and someone copy and paste something from google as an answer to my question! There is no room to chat with whoever sends the answer, so if you would like to get another answer you have to use the limited number of questions they give you. I don't advise anyone to subscribe to this website!

Subscribed twice for 2 homework question. For the first question, the expert says conditions incomplete even tho all the conditions needed to solve the problem was uploaded. For the second one, the expert uploaded the wrong answer. Tried to search for some other questions and seldom find a correct answer. I don't really know why this website exists and how these "expert" got their "titles".

I contacted customer service after I could not edit my question. They just sent me some general crap answer that was clearly copy-pasted and did not answer my question at all. They advertise as "homework help", however, only allow 20 questions PER MONTH. What a load of bull that is, especially since all the "expert" answers are badly explained, variables often not explained even though it's crucial to the calculations, so you have to spend your questions to get the right answer since no answer aims to be general and easy to understand.
$#*! platform, super bad and weird customer service, and not as advertised AT ALL.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I cancelled two days after subscribing, in actual fear they'd lock me out before I could. This website is a scam.

The previews so the question and say they have answers but after you pay they don't. The answers are incorrect. And you aren't able to get a partial refund. Don't waste your time or money!

I payed 22 a month (for 3 months) and it never worked. And yet they blamed it on me! Because I didn't go through the website, because I used the app! That's a scam off the bat! They'll take your money and give nothing in return better off just using another site! Don't include any personal info! F this business

Save your marks, money and time. Chegg is useless, they do not check if their answers are correct.
