It's seems like they just hire random tutors that don't know what the $#*! their talking about. I'm taking stats and probability and every question I post is first answered 4 hours late then completely $#*!ing wrong. Dropped from a 95% to a 78% in 2 weeks using this trash. I still do have time make back though thank for listening to my rant.

I had kept forgetting to cancel the account and finally did on the same day that they charged me, but they refused to refund me for even one month of services despite several months of payments. Not all of their answers are accurate, either, and using them violates most colleges academic honesty policies

I tried canceling their subscription, and they continued to charge me. I escalated the issue to my bank to stop the payment, and because of that, they canceled the remainder of my service, even after having more than 20 more days to go with my subscription.
Clearly, this is a fraudulent system praying on students that need help studying.
I would not recommend this to any student; try other systems.

You can find solution for easy question, but most complicated engineering question, the answers are wrong. There are some smart tutor but mostly I found cheg unhelpful. The tutor usually copy from solution manual and writes it down here.

They don't allow you to use multiple device, every time I try to switch from school computer to my home computer, I have to go through the process of swapping device and receiving code and all the nonsense.

Chegg has the absolute worst customer service. I have not been able to use this service since the first week I bought the Chegg Study subscription. I used the service within guidelines and was told that my account was temporarily suspended due to "suspicious activity". The popup redirected me to change my password which I did over four times. I then proceeded to contact Chegg over five times through different ways (SMS, Call,) and no one was able to help me. I spent over two hours contacting Chegg through SMS. Finally, I was told they would escalate my account review to reinstate my account and that I would receive an email by Thursday morning at 9am from Chegg and I never did. My account has remained temporarily suspended with no explanation. I am extremely frustrated that I was redirected so many times and this issue was never resolved after over a month. It is very disheartening to pay for a service I barely got to use. It literally feels like theft.

Use Chatgpt they are way more precise and better and who pays 19 dollars for tht bs I just want chef to know if I could give y'all 0 stars I would f all of y'all

People will just randomly answer your questions, usually not filling the things you pointed out as important and there's no way to report them. The only way to contact support is using some phone number in UK. Like, really?

Not only is this site useless it tried to take money with several transaction but thank god my bank blocked the card and transaction. I usually get an OTP request page for even small amounts. It's a scam please be careful!

Please learn from me and do not make a mistake purchasing this website. It did not give me one accurate answer for the $16 I spent. They have a one time refund policy. Go use Chat GBT and save yourself the amount more than a Netflix subscription.

Worst plateform EVER. Worst service I've ever had in my entire life.
It keeps filling you with wrong information (more often than the good one). It's not optimal & they kept suspending my account and never refunding their $#*!ing mistakes. They said I've exceeded the number of devices, I only use chegg on my laptop & proof is screened. Total bull$#*!! Plus, they count one same device as two... What a shame...
To anyone who wants help, I'm a student, & I advise you to NEVER USE CHEGG, YOU'LL REGRET IT SO MUCH.

I have been suspended from my account that I pay $20 a month, for the 3rd time in the past 2 weeks. I first time was because I was scrolling "too quickly" between questions. The second time was because I switched from 1 register device to my other registered device which locked my account for 48 hours. Not even a full day after getting my account reinstated, my account is once again under another 48 hour hold because I looked at "too many questions". I AM NOT SHARING MY ACCOUNT, I AM NOT TAKING PICTURES OF THE ANSWERS, I AM USING MY ACCOUNT TO LOOK UP QUESTIONS AND FIND ANSWERS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY THROUGH THE SUBSCRIPTION. NONE OF THE ANSWERS WERE REAL OR TRUE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND ANY HELP AND WHEN I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. THAT IT WAS INELIGIBLE. EHY IS THIS WEBSITE STILL STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS? PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM UR MONEY STAY FAR AWAY FROM CHEGG.

The website prompts you to reset your password when you log in for the first time in ages, and I found that upon changing my password, there is NO security used whatsoever, you can literally just change the password whenever you want for any account as long as you have the email address, no single-use security code or anything. This means if someone gets their hands on your email address, which is stupidly easy to do, they can access your previously submitted payment details for free. Which also means, that if they wanted, Chegg could just look at the email accounts stored in their database and change customer passwords whenever they please and perform transactions on Chegg using their payment details. What makes this even more suspicious, is that there is no option on the website to cancel your account, and the only way to change your email address is to contact "customer support". I'll say it again to be absolutely crystal clear, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ADD PAYMENT DETAILS TO CHEGG, AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. This entire website, though it technically does provide services for your money, 100% is an elaborate scam.

Edit: I have just realised that the scandalous aspect can only be achieved if the scammer has access to your email account as well, so it isn't as unsafe as I'd initially thought, but still VERY unsafe. If someone manages to gain access to your email account they would immediately be able to do all the things I stated earlier.

I wasted 28cad, thinking this as reliable site and had to lose it, with not even using for 10 mins. So becareful, their policies are crazy and contents are not reliable as shown before subscription. Never trust.
