It's not 2006 anymore. We have more than one way we access the internet. I've been locked out of my own account twice because they suspect I'm sharing my account. Are you guys that stingy for another $20? I have like 5 different devices i use for school, sorry if i had to move from my PC to my laptop to my phone or ipad etc. I have to wait at least 24 hours for them to get back to me now. This is ridiculous I hope there's another site with better support than this.

Please answer faster. Student need it faster it take so long to answer the simple chemistry question. Fghjkjhghj

Chegg is the anti-christ they purchased Quizlet which at the time owned Slader, a free resource for students to aid them with their homework. Chegg then proceeded to make it a paid service entirely ruining it.

They canceled my subscription without telling me and after I have paid. This is the worst website ever because they will play with your money and time. I was not able to log in after a while. Then all my questions were not found at some point. DO NOT TRUST!

In an effort to study for a big chem test, I have been using Chegg to check some of the suggested problems my professor gave us. I had done so many problems that Chegg restricted my account for "unusual activity." I was given instructions to change my password and log back in to prove it was me. After changing my password and attempting to log back in, Chegg log-in page "encounters an error." It's crunch time and Chegg screwed me over. Thanks a lot.

I ordered a textbook and paid for quicker shipping. I waited past the day it was supposed to come as it said shipping was pending. After it was still saying it hadn't shipped I contacted customer service and was told to wait another week. So after 2 weeks of waiting they just cancel my order. If they can't provide the book by shipping date they should let you know before you have to contact customer service multiple times. Now I still don't have my required textbook and i'm getting fed up.

Do NOT subscribe to this fraudulent company. I have cancelled my subscription TWICE and they are still taking money from my account. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I used to use this site to rent my books while in college - I have recently decided to go back and school and thought that Chegg would be a good site to continue using. They are not - I'm not sure what happened but their shipping times are ridiculous - it shouldn't take three weeks to ship one book. When I reached out to their customer service no one was able to cancel my order because it's "processing" - which means my order hasn't been shipped but has sat in their warehouse for the last two weeks. I'm hoping that they give me my refund when I send the book right back but I'm thinking that there isn't a lot of hope there.

You're better off paying the higher prices at your college's bookstore or using Amazon.

I have been shopping with Chegg for the past few years for all my school needs. However, this semester I ordered my books two weeks ago and no one can tell me where they are. My classes have all started and I was relying on these books to be able to complete my assignments on time... now I'm not only having to explain to my professors that my missing homework isn't due to my personal negligence but because of the website I ordered my books from have no idea where my order is. I came into contact with Chegg again today ( my third time) and they explained that they could not cancel my order and that they found my books, and they will be delivered a WEEK from today. Thats a whole month of waiting for textbooks and since they can't cancel my order they expect me to waste my materials and time printing out label's to return the textbooks once I get them (if I get them they said there was no guarantee) I have to waste my time and gas going to the nearest place to ship them back! Now I am spending more time and more money having to return what should have been here two-three weeks ago and I have to reorder from amazon because I have homework to complete! DO NOT TRUST CHEGG. Unless you are ordering months in advance for classes then don't risk your money and time.
