It says in the terms and constrains "non-refundable". This does not give them the right to provide information that is 100% out of date and not at all accurate. They do not list most current information and not even close to showing accurate criminal history.
Do not waste your money with this background search company. Been Verified is much better. This company misrepresents themselves and lie about their product. $4.99 down the drain for me. Terrible company. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Do not even try a $1 trial once they got your banking information they will keep charge you $30 monthly fee.
Very hard to cancel and nasty reps. Who will laugh at your request for refund and no refund will come.best not to use this site.

I signed up on 2/1/23 to check out there website, they said that u get 3 days for $4.99 so I put my credit card in. I was very disappointed the background checks give false info I even tried it with my info and it brought up info that not even me. It has alias names which I've never even heard. I called today 2/4/23 to cancel TOO LATE they already charged my credit card for $29.16 but today is my 3rd day they should be charging my card tmara after my 3rd day.
I called customer service the guy was so nasty and wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and instead he hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY-SCAM

You stole from me. I want all of my money back two months and you are still from me...I never even used your sad excuse for a business. Give my money.

They charge you $30 and then won't refund you when their site won't work! What type of company won't at least partially refund a paying customer when their site doesn't work?! I was charged 3 times, as well. Was even the $6 charge refunded, as a courtesy, since their was even a $30 charge and a $4 charge, you might ask. Nope! But they sure did offer me a mighty fine "sorry, but it's non-refundable" about a dozen times. Isn't that worth the $40 that they got out of me? Survey says: no.

I once stated a background check, and they originally posted it as free then became 39.99 month every month. Hard to cancel,false and verbally abusive even to seniors. I get nasty incriminating pop-ups every day like he got arrested today,preditor type statements, these people are heartless to get business.I wont ever use their site.they wont stop.I will try to copy one of their pop ups

Background reports are definitely not updated regularly and there is more recent and readily available information doing a free search engine of a name than their "database" which is multiple years out of date and didn't even include court records I was already aware of...

I paid for a report and was shocked. I have never had an issue with the police. The report said I not only was arrested but I was violent and weapons were involved? What? I called them immediately and was told sometimes the information gets crossed with others. Not accurate but seriously could destroy my life. I asked to be removed from the site of course. I suggest you check out what these types of companies are saying about you online. I hope this was the worst case but I wonder be safe out there.

Never use their service, they attract you by offering $1 at the first time, and later charge you a ton every month, and it's super hard to cancel the subscription. They stole $150 from me!

I was shocked at things that were listed in my "criminal record". Things listed are not about me! I've NEVER been arrested or charged with any criminal activity!

They say that it will be $1.00 and there is an * but there is no where to read what the * means. They charge 29.17 and there is no fine print to read and if there is it's buried. They stole me money and know I wouldn't be able to get gas.

Paying $4.99 to run one background check is ok. What they dont show you on the screen is they are also going to charge you $6.99 to be able to review the PDF report. Worst part is, you can search someone that you know has a criminal history and nothing at all shows up. They cant even show date of birth. Please dont fall for this scam site.

Charge outrageous fees for pdf download 6.99. Information was inaccurate/incomplete. Don't have a way other then contacing customer service to cancel... absolutely garbage...

Smoke and Mirrors "looking" for reports. When you have hope they have information you would like to know, you have to pay. When you pay the beginning fee they ask for more money for a pdf of the supposed file which never downloads.
Completely fake site. Don't waste your time.

After paying I noticed several charges on my debit card I also did not get accurate criminal information so I canceled within 10 minutes. Today I noticed a reoccurring payment on my account so I called them again. They said it's a non refundable charge. I am in the process of filing a dispute with the BBB. This company is sneaky do not give them your financial information. Stay away!

I wanted to see if they was legit. They said i was being arrested as i was filling out there questions I have never been arrested or a ticket. They said i was using other last names. I dont use other last names either. I ask them to stop sending me there stuff they told me to use and app robo app. I never paid them to srart anything before i finished filling out there stuff they had me being arrested so i said what a scam. I would never use this company agin there A Scam..

The trial cost is 4.99. The site says this must be canceled three days before the subscription is active. I called before 72 hours was up. What they do not tell you is that it is charged the morning of the last day. Blantant false advertising. The service was decent enough but I cannot get past that false advertising that charged me another 30 dollars.

Tired their 3 day test trail, all the information they supplied was out of date, So I called their toll free number to cancel the $4.99 trail. Not only did they not cancel the trail buy they charge me another $6.99 to renew and tried to charge $29.00 for a subscription. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. NO REFUND! IF I COULD USE NEGATIVE STATRS I WOULD!
