We have looked at the reservation you provided and we see that you booked this online for dec 2 oneway you also never called us to tell us that the date was wrong so that we could perhaps assist with a change. Our website does not change any details of a reservation after it has been made as everything is automated and no live person touches the booking.

It was horrible. I got sick the day before flight and I couldn't change the ticket. Ultimately another flight was booked the next day with another company and I was never refunded the money nor did I receive credit for over 300.00 dollars.
We have reviewed this reservation and we don't show that you called Cheapoair to discuss cancellation of a ticket due to illness and the travel shows for Oct.24! So not sure if this is the correct booking or if you booked with someone else.

We see you chatted for help with a seat assignment, the chat agent was transferring your chat to that department and there were other's ahead in queue. You can call Finnair or log into your reservation on Finnair and assign seats at this time.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
