Making reservations were simple to do and able to be done in a secure environment. The lay-out of information, once entering my travel request, made it easy to make the decision on my travel itinerary. The prices were also the most competitive. I would definitely use this service again.

My preferred place to look up for flights, especially international ones. There were little changes with my reservations few times but customer service agents have always helped me accordingly.

We had some family business to attend to and booked with cheapo air last minute we got a good price over the holidays and were where we needed to be in time. On the way home there were some aircraft difficulties which lead to delay, but that was nothing to do with cheapo air. Thanks cheapo air for getting us to where we needed to be for a fair price!
