After researching lots of flights, and spending lots of time to find the cheapest flight, it turned out that Cheapoair actually was the cheapest!
They baited me in with a slightly below average price for my travel. I booked after confirming the flight information and purchased the round trip package.
My confirmation email contained a different return flight which is completely unacceptable. They offered to change it for over $300 more! 15 minutes after I received the confirmation!
I found a much cheaper return flight through another company straight up without any exchange difference.
These people are crooks and scumbags. They like to blame the airlines for their deceptive actions too.
They also said that there is a cancel fee and I'd need to wait 7-10 days for my refund if I canceled.

I booked a trip through cheap o air and PayPal. When we arrived to the airport, they stated our ticket was invalid. Invalid? After waiting an hour and essentially missing the flight, they claimed we were late and our flight was non refundable. We were late because of ticket was invalid. Meanwhile our bags sat in the location in which we were traveling to. They refused to help. The airline refused to help as we didn't book through them. We will never use them or United Airlines again. We lost money for a trip we never even went on. Terrible customer service. Terrible people. Terrible business. They get paid by screwing you over. Stay Away!
They are cheaters. I booked a flight less than 12 hrs ago with a flight insurance, and I got denied for a visa. They have been passing me around for the last 2 hours. UNHELPFUL, UNETHICAL, UNSUPPORTIVE, ROBBERS, CHEATERS. They have charged me 74$ for a USELESS insurance, and they do not do anything. I am very upset and very very disappointed. Pay a little extra somewhere that supports their customers. If anything happens to you they will not help. Save yourselves.
My experience with cheap O air has been Great!
From the beginning to the end everything was easy to access great prices for flights and hotels I have the app on my phone I use it all the time and will continue ty cheap O Air.
Cheap Air provides a true CHEA and Terrible customer service. Do not waste your money and time, I have been waiting to talk to someone from in cancellation department for 2 hours and 35 minutes. I was transferred to 4 people ( I am serious and I am no exaggerating) Their customer service is from India, very hard to understand when they talk too fast. When the 4th person answered and started to talk, I couldnt understand 1 word and when I asked him to talk slowly to understand what he says, he just HUNG UP on me. POOOOOR service. I give them - 1

I called them with in 2 hrs after my reservation they wanted to charge me $75 per person. Their website reads, free cancellation within 24 hrs
Do not use CheapoAir. I tried to use my credit of $800 USD and they put me on hold for more than 2 hours and transferred me 8 times before I hung up. You better speak Hindi because you're calling India. I couldn't understand them and they got furious. This is the WORST booking company I've ever dealt with.
Never buy a ticket from cheapoair. They steal your money in a pure legal way. I bought a ticket and set the prices to be displayed in Australian dollar. I assumed the the displayed prices are all in Australian dollar. But it was a malfunction of the website since they were still in USD although it showed AUD on top of the page. USD was not displayed next to the prices at all. So, I totally assumed they were all AUD. I paid for that and then got charged for 70$ more for the exchange rate. I complained to them and they said your booking confirmation was based on USD. But, how am I supposed to know that when I had set them to be based on AUD? I couldn't do anything to prove that I had set the prices to be based on AUD.
Does anyone know that cheapoair charges $50 to cancel your reservation within 1 hour period? I made a booking for 2 persons with Spirit but nowhere it was indicated that I will have to pay an extra $37 per flight to bring carry-on bag. I realised the bug only when I received an email from Spirit where it was clearly writen that I was not allowed to bring any bag with the booking I made with Cheapoair. So, Spirit offered free cancellation but since my booking was made via cheapoair the agent and her manager did not wanted to refund my tickets. Bottom line AVOID Cheapoair.
Very comfortable website, using it for more than a year, never had a problem. Always have best prices, which you can compare and a lot of good deals! Plus, they send you discounts to your email almost every month. Definitely recommend it.

I have been online to book with cheapoair and I have also called in and spoke with someone directly when my elderly parents were flying by themselves. Always low prices and friendly staff to help answer any of your questions and accommodate your needs.

Just booked a flight yesterday and i made a mistake for my return date flight and i asked them if i could change the date only on my return flight guess what how much they will charge you per person C700+$ just for changing the date only same time same date departure! Never gonna booked again here CHEAPOAIR?! Giezzzz! Expensive charges!
Does anyone know that cheapoair or the flightcarrier companies do charge $75 to cancel your reservation within 24 hour period? Is this a rule now or i was just scammed by them on 3/27/17? If anyone has info please share.
Rezana, every online booking site is different. The 24 hour grace policy is set by the airlines. Most allow you to void a reservation within 24 hours of making it, for those who may of had a change of plans. The $75.00 fee can also be the online booking agency fee where the 24 hour cancel policy is not applicable to those companies. Please review the terms & conditions, cancellation policies are listed there for CheapOair. If you provide the 8 digit booking number, we can assist you with that fee.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

There is also the airfare difference we have to collect if the new flight is more expensive.
