There were hidden fees related to luggages, while when purchase started it was advised that this is the final price for the ticket, before adding the luggages fess later
Update: I was very frustrated and couldn't believe money was pulled out twice. But after talking to customer service, my problem was resolved right away. I was told a full refund was issued today and I should receive it soon. A manager even called to check up on me. I don't remember the man that helped me but he was very nice.
I cancelled my ticket with CheapoAir and they refunded everything, a day later they charged everything back and said it was because of a flight change. Yet in my account it says I have no flights anywhere. I am still waiting for a response and also for a full refund. I am never buying tickets from them again
Bought a package and neither hotel or car rental were ussble and they would not refund. So the vendors sgree not to charge but cheapoair still keeps the money
I was on hold for over half hour and still waiting for flight cancellation confirmation. When the service representative came back after putting me on hold a second time he informed me he had taken care of everything and resolved the issues. I was thinking he was stalling hoping I would hang up, but the service representative was working hard to fix the situation. I was embarrassed that I thought the worst, but the service representative needed the time to correct, I will say it was not their fault either. I really appreciate Cheapoair staying with the issue until resolved. Cheapoair went above beyond in their service and they for sure have my future business.

Not easy to find baggage costs, not able to add bags while booking though you/spirit show an added fee if we don't do so.

Cheapo claims they tried to write their wrong thru this site. They are liars and cheats. I got no refund from CheapoAir or United Air due this covid virus. I booked the trip Nov 1 for Apr 7. Many emails about flight changes and upcoming trips but no refunds from either one. They were unavailable by phone and email. I hate them.

CheapOair books you with airlines and then after you show how your itinerary makes no sense. They take zero responsibility for there mistakes but in turn, blame you. Small airlines they offer that they have you cancel only to rebook with. But after that, they rebook you with that same very airlines. They have very shady business practices. I know this has happened way too many times as I've done it twice already with them. Platinum status what a joke, email them to redeem those points also!
I recently booked one of the round trip flight deals through CheapOair. At the time I was booking my flight tickets I could see single flight carriers each way, requiring me to pay for carry on baggage to and fro. Once I booked my tickets, the confirmation had two flight carriers added each way requiring me to pay double the money to and fro even for the transit flights. This deceptive information made my trip costlier than most of the expensive flights, requiring me to spend endless hours in travel and pay double the money. The customer service did not only provide me with wrong flight timings and several individual emails for various transit trips but also refused to help me point blank.
A $ 211.00 flight turned into a $ 326.00 flight due to seat selection and baggage. As I booked my flight the seats I selected said zero dollars but wouldn't let me check out. Once I called the 854 number there was an additional charge. Very miss leading

Surprised and delighted. Customer service guy was called Mike. He did a great job. I am a bit wary of these OTAs and prefer to deal with airlines directly. But I was in a remote place and had to go somewhere even more remote and had no choice. Got a fair bit of runaround from some of them and then tried CheapoAir. Got nowhere at first and I thought this must be the usual thing and gave up but then Mike called me up, gave me a great deal, sorted everything out in a few minutes. Very impressed after all.
Those peoples are scammers, you can't do any change even if you choose the premium package. They will steal your money no matter what.
I typed in my flight selection on 5 selections and you forced me to pay $200.00 more or look for another flight after my 1st fee was OK'd. Dennis Carey

Have they heard of CSS, HTML, and Javascript? It's so wonky and poorly designed. They do not have a simple user interface.
Second of all they scammed me out of my money! They stole $66.95 dollars from me and I had to dispute this with the bank. I still have not received my plane ticket that I wanted. They tried to call and said I will lose my money and my plane ticket.

I accidentally purchased a ticket and call bk within 1 minute they refused to cancel it. Bull$#*!also on other ticket I purchased insurance against cancelation they dont even honor that sad you should be out of business. And ashamed of your self. Go to directly to the airlines to even get a way cheapper tickets... never booking thru this site again.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
