The worst experience with this company, I booked a ticket online, i received the booking confirmation, after that i received an email, that they do not have a ticket for me, after the flight was advertise on their site, i tried to find with them another flight, on the same dates, with the same amount pf money, but they did not give another flight, they said they do not have, i tried another reservation online while I was on the phone with the operator, i completed my reservation online, and the second time they told me is not available anymore the flight.
So 2 flights advertise on the site of cheaponair, no tickets available, no help from the operator with another flight ticket. Good luck with them, i would not even give the 1 star

Cheapoair deposit my refund to the wrong account the one we agreed on not to. But cheapoair decided to do whatever cheapoair want and never even considered that it was my refund they played with. Also because of me trusting cheapoair. When I shouldn't have never trusted cheapoair. Because of many bad reviews. Cheapoair costed me $525.00. Which pretty much cheap could care less. Also cheapoair is so scandalous they have all these useless workers they act like there going to help me but at the end cheapoair is very scandalous. How can a company mess up consumers money they get paid to deposit in my account and not follow through on it. And still act like they did nothing wrong. But that's cheapoair style and there inhuman ways of doing business!

! Destroyed me!

Destroyed me Book the flight through Alaska airlines cheap aware price was 227+ taxes and fees I guess it came out to like 299 with their fee of $68 so my cyber Monday $60 off really was bul### they charge me additional seat for my four month old son through Alaskan airlines across the plaine and alaskan airlines that offers free flights for children lap child grand total of 528.60 OK I call up within a few minutes finally get transferred over to their billing department explain the story all over again they revise to 227.00 not only will take 7 to 14 days so I could receive my money back the next morning I wake up and they charge me a additional $455.60 I will never use them again one ticket that was $239 has cost me over $1000 right now I was trying to get my family home for the holidays worst company in the world highway robbery thieves and God for bid you get anybody that speaks proper English wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy destroy my HolidaY I am very hurt

STEER CLEAR from this company!! I bought a roundtrip ticket to my home country and a month before my flight they changed my whole flight schedule (removed the arrival to my country) without my approval. I called and spoke to a guy named Bogda and after 2 hours on the phone he told me that after speaking to his supervisor (Anna) there was nothing he could do. I paid $1000 to go to my country and now I'm going to have to pay more somewhere else in order to go see my family. Again, PLEASE STEER CLEAR!!

Very unhappy! I have never dealt with an agency that doesn't give you a full back money refund when it's way in advance. I cancelled same day I ordered as my husband wasn't happy with this surprise and wasn't able to get the time off and I got charged 75.00 per person to cancel. Rediculous! Never have I heard of that before, I can see of I had cancelled closer to the date of travel but same day purchase come on. Will never deal with this agency ever again.

I canceled a reservation (that was for 22days out) 5 minutes after it was purchased as the carry on luggage info/options were only offered AFTER TICKET PURCHASE and they would have tripled the price of the trip, and they charged $50 fee to cancel. DO NOT BOOK FRONTIER ON THIS SITE.

Absolute ripoff

Absolute rip off. Paid $150 to change my flight details, then Cheapoair cancelled my booking for no reason.
And no refund on paid flight of $1900

I ordered my tickets online and it was my fault I did not double check that the initial offer was for alternative dates to my preferred dates. Upon observation (within 5 min of booking) I called customer service for support. They told me $25 charge per ticket if cancelled within first 4 hours (i did all the work to book!). It was free to transfer to new tickets, but those were inflated from ones I found on google flights by $120! They would not match so I told their indian customer service center I will cancel and they lost my business.

Was called right away from a customer service retention expert (Rachel) who apologized for the issues I had experienced. Explained how the site operated and offered to refund the extra $60.00 that I was charged to change my flight dates back. I appreciate the extra effort that was put forth. I will hopefully receive a credit within 14 business days.

They automatically edited my dates and I did not realize until I had already booked my flight. Resulting in an extra 60.00 charge to change the flights. Discount code did not take anything off the price and ultimately I paid 70.00 more than what it would have been through Expedia. I will not use this site again.
Very frustrated. Would love a refund of the 60.00 back to my card.

Customer Service needs to be in the USA and educate people on all details of flight information, booking, reserved, changed or cancelled flights!
If you have people that speak english hopefully you will make sure they understand it too.

Bad experience, computer down, made several calls earlier, promised conformation on rental car never received email... chasing down cheap air just is not worth the hassle. All I want is to have info on booking number ******* emailed to me...? Now I know when I get to car rental it is going to be a hassle with out proper paperwork. They charge you for an airplane seat but dont actually reserve it. OBVIOUS SCAM. Airlines will tell you to your face they cannot control 3rd party services such as cheapoair, SO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. USING CHEAPOAIR IS NOT WORTH IT FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER

Never using again.

I have used them for over 10 years. This past month I was due to leave and be routed through Japan the weekend of the typhoon. With less than 12 hours to my flight, mutilple new sites and even the airline's website stating the airports were closed and no flights would be happening the entirety of the weekend, Cheapoair refused to acknowledge and work on a reroute. They tried repeatedly to make me go to Chicago where I would be stranded. They told me to keep calling ANA myself because they couldn't reach them and didn't have the time to keep trying. Refused to have anyone call me back, I was the one burdened with calling and trying to handle my own flights. Only after my initial flight did they suddenly offer one for Monday, which would have cost me my hotel reservation. They refused to work with me at all or offer any kind of compensation/return for the missed connections and constant pressure to get on a flight to nowhere where I knew I would be stranded for at least one, if not two, days. And then told me I should complain and try to make ANA reimburse me instead. It was not their problem anymore.

From years of using them and suggesting them to others, I'm amazed at how poorly they handled something I'm sure affected others and not just myself. The refusal and rudeness is enough that I won't waste more time or money on them.
