This took a LONG time as I kept being told that the flight was full even when it was offered. Booking confirmation took a long time and I had to log out and start again!
My original flight was canceled due to COVID when I tried to rebook I had to sit on the phone for 49mins and then I lost over $100 from my credit in addition to the loss I was charged a new fee and the wrong flights were booked because the representative wasn't listening. When I asked for a supervisor I was then told it had been corrected and I would receive an email in 48 hrs. The email never came so I called, waited 52 minutes before someone answered, and still had a difficult time rebooking the rebooking and then I was told they had to listen to the original call because the notes said differently than what I said and that I would hear from a supervisor within 2 days! After 5 days someone finally called to change the error on there end and to my surprise the seats that had already requested on both the first 2 calls weren't available so they told me to check with the airline once I arrive. I felt like I have been scammed out of my money because the flight price details they gave me says $1300 for 1 passenger round trip flight that doesn't include my seats or my bags. When I looked on United it was $379 including upgraded seats and baggage! This has been the worst experience and I am not looking forward to what is to come when I arrive at the airport!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
