Horrible policy, I have previous travel credit 1290, I pick some online flights under that price. No matter how lower i pick they're asking extra money 300$ more. Their Travel specialist said that those prices for fresh booking only. No transparent, no clear about rebooking. No refund, now I'm stuck up, no option I have to make the decision blindly.
The served food in United Air was not as I expected it to be a complete meal. It seems they are just snacks. In fairness, the staffs in the flight were all good. The connecting flights to the Philippines were all delayed, though the airlines provided free accommodation we're still sad that we needed to extend our quarantine days upon reaching our destination. Another day lost that's supposed to be enjoyed with the family.
