The moment Corona v. Every airport were shut down. I waited for a call back for my refund.
They took an agreement with the airline of a voucher with an expiry date of 1 year WITHOUT my consent. I found out after months of waiting for reply n s call back. Did they ever consider asking me if that was ok? No it Is not ok unless they let me fly at 6 months pregnant, unless they pay for my whole month trip to where I was going. Unless the treat my injuries.
Everything is fine but I need to change pickup and drop-off times/dates and am unable to do so.
