It took me 2 1/2 hour on phone to book this flight. It finished at 12.22 am. It is very late. The first agent, Alexcian said, due to tech problem she could not do it. She tried for 1/12 hour. She transferred me to Savas. I needed to repeat the whole story to him. Once he understood. He finally did it.

Worked great! Only trouble was I accidentally picked a flight seat that added cost to my total and was unable to figure out how to unselect a seat (I'm traveling alone and don't care where I sit). But it's ok and there were no $0 price seats on the diagram to choose from.

The ads and popups are really annoying. They never wait until you finish. They interrupt you during to process of shopping... it makes me want to say to heck with it and go somewhere else.

You emailed me that the airline (Qatar) changed the flight date from the 4th to the 5th of December, and you asked me to accept the change and I did and you said you will send me a new email with the change but i did not receive any email and all the new emails from you say that the trip will be on the 4th, so what's this. I changed my hotel reservation to the 5th, and now I don't know if I am traveling on the 4th or the 5th! Can you answer me?

You e mailed me I was on Alaska Airlines Flt 6157 with airline confirmation RERUBK Flt 6157. When called to find gate was informed nothing showed up. Turns out was booked on AA with different conformation and different seat assignments. Also Flt 6157 was listed for Charleston airport South Carolina

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
