I paid for my bags on Spirit and they charged me for the whole flight after I paid you for the flight/hotel package. I have been told several times that the money will be returned but it never has been.
After booking a trip months in advance we are notified of a change in the trip status. No details just a ridiculous email with no info except to simply call or chat in. Easy enough except every single phone or text agent is simply employed to transfer you in a massive circle. Do not use this site for any travel bookings of any sort ever. Result was no help/ no information / not one single agent with a shred of integrity.

I called to book a flight and asked 101 questions especially the following:
"If the flight is changed by the airline for any reasons and I don't accept the changes will I get my money back, will I get a refund?" The answer was a resounding YES! I booked my flight with no issues after that. Within 24hrs my flight was changed both on the departure and return which I did not accept. I tried calling for two days and was on the line for hours, finally on the 3rd day after 2hrs waiting on line I got through to someone and had to demand my refund. At first they tried to say I could not get a refund and only a credit. I demanded for them to stand by their word and still fighting with them to return my money. Consumers beware this company is not to be trusted and don't believe anything they tell you. They are eager to take your money and answer your questions with no respect for doing honest business and when Sxxx hits the fan they put you on hold for hours and give you the run around hoping you will give up. Well I am not giving up, the principle of trust in doing business today is still important and a contact is a contract. They offered me a flight and I accepted and paid for the flight. They changed the offer and I did not accept the new offer so a full refund is due immediately which was confirmed when I booked the flight, that was the only reason I accepted the first offer. As I am writing this review, I am still on line waiting for a 3rd person to resolve this situation, a total of 4hrs on line. I guess I will be on hold until 2am, that is when they close. I would never use their service again or recommend anyone to use them. By the way my flight was not cheap, $1355 to fly within Canada. They even tried to blame the airline, AC, but I am hoping individuals will see this review including the company and take heed. It is a shame when companies don't respect or demonstrate good business ethics but instead take advantage of customers with no regard. They don't care about you, only about the money they get when you book.
Prices were good but customer service lacked finding a solution to my problem they couldn't tell me what my package was cancelled and I didn't receive an email

Very very bad agency. I need to change my flight dates and I have been calling ALL their listed numbers for the past 3days. All of them go to voice message "system is busy, please try again later". I wouldn't ever recommend you use them to purchase a flight.
You will not get any support online or photos or chat with these people once the booking is done, I waiting hours on call and then the call drops, never coming back and will not recomment anyone

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
