The site was User friendly! And had Affordable Rates. The times were convenient and layovers were not too long. Overall an easy experience.
I paid extra for assigned seats and you didnt request them from the airline. Now those seats are gone and we have been assigned seats that dont cost extra and cannot get the seats we want. You charged me extra and kept the money and didnt do your job. Now while traveling with 4 kids we are in the back of the plane instead of row 3. I'm also worried that my car I reserved through you may not be there...
I wont be using Cheapoair again and letting everyone else know what happened.
