Every time I remembered I plan to travel with CheapOair and I paid 3386USD and I had to cancel my flight because of COVID 19 and country ban. The airline make it so hard to refund my money ( calling, emailing, waiting). I paid of the insurance. But they refund 2,617 USD and took 769 USD
They don't take into consideration that I had to cancel because of health issue and government

If a passenger like myself is over 70 years old it should tell me (71 y. O.) that I cannot rent a car instead of going back and forth on different options and always being told the different cars I chose were not available. Immediately afterwards I got a call from Cora (*******@onetravel.com) who was very nice and helped me. However, there is still confusion since she gave me another rental company and helped me book a car. The name of the company is Centauro. After hanging up w. Cora I received another email from *******@onetravel.com telling me the pickup is@ Avis-Aluguer de Automoveis. I called Cora back and she tried to call the company herself but the liner was busy. So, now I am still not sure is the name of the company to pick up the car Centauro or the other name I just mentioned.

Poor information at the moment we book, and when I try to get help with customer services by phone, after hours waiting, they do not have answer and ask me to call the airline.
The booking information they send to the airline for tickets is wrong, even do I provide them with the right information and now is me who has to call the airline to solvent the problem.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
