Worse company ever, please stay away from this company if you ca, they charge me $400 without my knowledge

DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM THIS WEBSITE after cancellation the airline issued credit and this agency steals money from customers they took 75 $ in agency fees and admin fees.

So far so good, it's hard to rate something that's in the future. All I know is so far, the plans made are good and I cannot make any other judgement until the travel is complete.

I have used CheapOair for my flight from Fresno to Toronto. I received an email 72 hours before my flight about the time change and my new layover time is 18 h 35 mins. I am traveling with my 2 kids. It's been more than 13 hours and I am on phone to connect to their customer service. After 59 mins it automatically disconnects the calls. Whoever answers my calls tells me to hold, then one female Kaitlyn extension *******, told me she will call me after one hour, she will contact the airline to find the solution. Nothing done yet. It's very frustrating. I hope they will call me back and will help me out.

This company has no business since. The line that suppose to help you has you hold for hours then hangs up on you with out speaking to anyone. After you send your money they don't care what happens.

It was hard to find a flight for my son, but you had some good choices. I didn't see any mention of baggage charges.

The process was easy and the site was clear to the point.

I was very happy with the number of flight options, including the dates, the prices, and the times offered. I found several that fit my needs. My only negative is that the site seemed a little confusing when I wanted to explore a change to one leg. You have to be aware they will give you alternate dates for both legs.
