Very disappointed I had 3 different payments taken out of my account almost twice the price would like my money refunded back I cannot afford this.

They refuse to answer calls and chats as well as emails. They blame you for everything when you are entitled to a refund or credit and they will not give it to you.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Love cheapoair to book flights hotels and cars. Great service and good price.

Called about 5 times and every time I call I am in hold for 30 mins and the call gets canceled and I waited over 3 hrs to finally talk to someone to get a refund credit and when I came to use the refund credit they state that I can only use it for the same person from the same city to the same city I understand the same person part but the rest is bizzar! Be prepared to be cut off the phone at anytime and the cycle of calling 5 times waiting for hours and when they call you back it's a one ring call where you don't even have a chance to pick up the phone this company is unreal! Never again! Not to also mention the unprofessionalism of the workers who you can clearly tell don't know what they are doing and will hang up on you when corner them. Below is a proof as how fast they called back and emailed if you calling and emailing with in 30 seconds did you really try to reach out?
