Worst in re-booking, you're credit, don't bother asking for a refund you can't use it. Call so many times, email so many times, and chat so many times, not getting any close to using credit for a flight that they changed. Unacceptable behavior of agents dropping calls. Absolutely the worst, I've been booking at this site for more than 7, this time when I want to use credit the worst service they give.
So upset and disappointed we booked ticket since February so we can get good deal because we are traveling as a family of 6. We prepare everything we got vaccinated booked hotel to quarantine thinking we are going to spend Christmas new year to our love ones and family back home 1 month before we received a call they wanted to cancel the flight my husband refuse so they have to move the date. After few days we received a call they canceled our flight because they said there's a problem with air canada we call air canada they said there is no problem, its cheapOair has a problem now it end up we are not going to travel and spend special occasions with our love ones backhoe, they ruin everything that we have plan for so long. May God bless this cheap O air because of what they are doing

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
