Customers, please be aware. They changed my tickets And charged me money. Next day they refunded money for date change and left me without tickets. I lost about $5000 that I originally payed them for the tickets. I am trying to resolve it for 4 days already
And they are transferring me from department to department with hours spent on hold. Horrible service!
