I spent hours trying to correct wrong spelling on my name & was not successful.
I mistakenly selected PM instead of AM when I selected my flights, I contacted customer service to change the flights to AM. Changing just one flight cost me an extra $50.50 I just can't believe that this price is fair treatment. I will never book with this Company again.

When the ticket was purchased I didn't instantly see my confirmation it was in tiny print at the top. There were so many distractions after payment. It is important to know that my trip is confirmed for the dates time and amount selected first and foremost before any advertisements pop up. Thank you.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
