I could not get a rental car. Your system was mediocre at best.

Cheap0air is a great company its so easy to book a flight. I had no problem finding and booking a flight at a convenient time and at a fair price. Cheapoair also helped me avoid the airline add on seat price so I could pick my own seats.

Something happened at my booking. It was confirmed I printed it I never learned ticket wasn't paid for till i got to airport. I only saw confirmed I opened all my emails by clicking them open read because I had been searching for deals and was overwhelmed by email alerts. I never saw anything about payment rejected.
I was very happy with the manager that helped me and saved my trip from being cancelled I was able to leave the day i needed to. THANK YOU
STOP giving false security with bold letters saying confirmed trip IN BOLD it should say PENDING PAYMENT APPROVAL i would have checked on it

I received an email from them that my flight was cancel and i need to accept a new one so i did then when i call them i ws transfered 4 times and waited for more than 1 hour and still did not give me a response then they drop my call after waiting for more than an hour what kind of customer service is that! And nobody even reach out to me. Will never ever book again on this useles site

We made a reservation on the phone via agent due to the inability to complete the reservation online. The agent made errors in the names. The person was from India or the Philippines and had issues understanding English. When we discovered the errors and called to fix the names, the agent wanted to cancel the reservations and rebook at a higher price. He was unable to fix it! In addition, we waited literally hours to be able to get through to a live person. The whole experience was horrid and a complete waste of time and money. The agent who answered refused to connect us with the supervisor. We were clients for many years but now, we will NEVER AGAIN USE THIS SERVICE! My name is Miguel Pappolla and this is a true story. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
