My wife and I booked a flight to Barcelona Spain through them. The flight was canceled and we rebooked another flight. The flight was canceled again and we had enough of the drama with the airline. That's where the issues begin with cheapo air. Called and tried to get a refund and transferred 7 times in 3 hours to different operators. We are eligible for a refund under guidelines by British airways and cheapo. Two of the operators acknowledged this but still transferred us to someone else. I am going to call an attorney to see if I cxan recoup monies.

I was on the phone trying to reach anyone from CheapOair. I waited, waited, and waited… but no one answered. I cancelled the call after more than 30 minutes. I also tried their chat room, and I was told to come back after 3 hours as the concerned service unit was offline. This was actually my second attempt. On my first one, the agent on the phone had put me on hold for a couple of times which lasted for more than 30 minutes each time, then when came back he transferred me to his supervisor. I waited for his supervisor on the phone for more than 10 minutes, then I cancelled the call. After another 20 minutes a got an email from CheapOair telling me that they tried to reach me. They provided a number to call back. Then I called, only to find out that it would just give me another call back number. OMG! Very frustrating! Very poor customer service!
