So when I was booking my flight on your site i noticed that the flights times and prices kept changing while i was searching for my flight cause I wouldve rather of not had the 3hr layover in Dallas and booked the direct flight instead. Y is your site called cheapoair and its still not super cheap but cheap enough, since i had to pay extra for my seats and for my luggage.
It was easy to navigate though the website to make my booking. Thank you for making my booking easy!
Do not book with this *******@samjain you ought to be ashamed to take money from honest people. Worst company ever. Took $3000 from my family by not working with us to reschedule flights due to COVID. We will continue to fight to get our money back. Do not book with this company or fareportal or anything to do with them.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
