Was on customer service hold for 30 minutes. I couldnt reember my password and had a reset sent 7 times only to go back to the reset page. Now im scanning looking for the seat assignment? Almost 2 hours wasted. Copious "join me apps"! Just want basic info and going through a maze of adds and joins. Also, still cannot find my password though through saved passwords i got into the site but all dots and no read of the password. Follow up: my girlfriend was still charged for one heavy bag, did not bring two bags,. Can i be reimburst?
