Cheapoair like name says is cheap in service. If airline has any issues these skrs just say we dont know anything. Give connection of 30 mins away and no way you can catch connection on jfk and ewr but they dont care. If something bad happens then they dont even update on ticket you create AIR TICKET NUMBER & AIRLINE CONFIRMATION. Booking# *******

If you cancel a trip, they will promise credits on further flights. The credits are lies. When you buy a trip, at the end of the transaction, it informs you that the plane is now full, therefore you need to book another flight. However they take the money from your credit card and put you on the plane anyway. When you can finally speak with somebody, they transfer you 28 times. Then they email you asking very stupid questions such as: booking numbers, confirmation numbers (which are information they already have). If you do not reply within 24 hours, they close your ''case'' and keep your money.

Cheapoair are scammers, I will never buy a single plane ticket with them anymore. I hope this review will make them lose more business than the money they stole from me.
