We booked 5 tickets from Ottawa to Lebanon via Montreal at a cost of $10,000 for August 3rd. While on the phone the agent who booked our flights confirmed that the luggage will be checked in all the way from Ottawa to Lebanon. I was told couple of days ago by Air France that we have to retrieve our bags from the bus and check them in again in Montreal. Note that boarding the bus is from Ottawa to Montreal airport is included in Cheapoair package/ticket. We only have 1.5 hour in Montreal to board the plane, not enough time to clear security. Since then I am trying to call Cheapoair to ask about what happens if we miss our flight; they either hang up on me, keep me waiting, or they they tell me that it's my problem. All airports require three hours to clear security and to board a plane. I hope I don't loose my $10,000 tomorrow. This is not right.

My reservation is an economic class. The allowed baggage appeared to be one carry-on in addition to One Checked bag for each passenger. By completion of the booking it became to notify that no free checked bags for both of me and my wife. It appears that something was not clear for us during booking. We are very disappointed!
I am trying to access the e-tickets but have not been successful. I only have the booking confirmation and hope that will be enough at the airport. If you are able to assist me in accessing the actual e-ticket I will be very grateful
Very frustrating! Customer Support telephone line keep me on hold for over 30 minutes. Chat agents take minutes for each response. CheapOair is treating its customers like dirt. Also, I was exploited with a $100 fee for changing my itinerary on a refundable ticket. I could save money purchasing my ticket directly from AA, which is what I will do in the future.
I made a reservation with CheapOair with confirmation number ******* for a two tickets from London to Cairo on Saturday July 23,2022 and the trip was supposed to be on Sunday July 24,2022 at 4:15 pm on British Airways. When they sent me on Saturday July 23 at 10 pm, the two tickets were pending. This means I cannot travel and I cannot stay standby not sure, if I will travel or not. Accordingly, I sent to CheapOair email immediately asking them to cancel the reservation. Then on Sunday July 24 at 2:00 pm, which is, just two hours before the trip, they sent me the E-ticket numbers. I also asked about the tickets if they are valid through my travel agent and he informed me that there are no places on this trip. Accordingly, I travelled through my travel agent and could not and did not use their tickets, which they send me the E-ticket numbers just two hours before the trip and I could not use them, as I must arrange my trip at least one day in advance. They withdraw the cash from my debt card although I have not received any notification or was asked for OTP.
I contacted them for several times on daily basis but they do not respect customers and dealing with them in very disrespectable way. I really do not recommend doing business with them.
This is my first time booking a flight with Cheapoair.

The initial price on your website $240 something. They upped to 370 during checkout. When i checked back on the website that same flught is now listed at $259

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

This has already been resolved, customer booked online therefore chose the flight/bus option that was offered she decided not to make changes to the reservation and keep as is due to the cost to make the change.
