Easy to book. I always use this site for travel reservations. Booking a flight is hassle free.

Very frustrated with the system kicking me out and updating the prices. 3rd time trying to book today and prices have continuously changed in the matter of minutes each time. Prices even for protection plan changed and was told over the phone you could not price match your own prices.

I bought 4 tickets from CheapOair and the insurance (travel protection plan) from USA to Vietnam but we couldn't take the flight because of COVID-19. The airport in Japan did not allow me to transit at the airport to make the connection flight. I cancelled the booking and booked another 4 tickets. CheapOair told me to claim the insurance but the insurance denied to pay and CheapOair did not refund to me. My booking number is ******* and my claim number from Trip Mate insurance is *******.
