I haven't flown with airline LATAM yet. On October 11th it will be the first time that I will fly to Manaus, Brazil. So far, the CheapOair staff who have helped me, have been very professional and nice.
I tried to purchase preferred seating, but my credit card was not accepted. It was accepted to purchase the flight--not for the preferred seating. I would like to try again to purchase preferred seating using a different credit card.

I booked a round trip flight to Rome for my Son in Law and Grandson from Denver to Rome, Italy, but they only allowed about 1 hour to collect their baggage, travel to a different terminal at the stop in Chicago, pass through customs and security, and make the connecting flight (for which they say be there 3 hours early for international flights). United was nice enough to rebook them the next day to Rome, but Cheapoair cancelled their return flight from Rome, claiming that since they missed the scheduled flight to Rome, the return ticket was forfeited, and they had to pay about $2,500 just to get back home. Totally disgusted with their service.

Very sorry for the inconvenience, after reviewing the reservation and the conversation you had with the agent on Sept 21, they were traveling on American airlines, not United, and it was AA who canceled the flight but rebooked you. Our agent called AA for you, gave you all of the airline phone numbers to call and confirm, also not seeing where you bought a new ticket for $2500. 00!
