I had to go to Qatar airways office in Kathmandu myself and had to pay $580. Actually that was my mistake. I hope cheapoair may help something such kind of time of problem.

I HAD BOOKED A FLIGHT FOR MY FAMILY ON 13TH OF OCT, BOOKING NUMBER ******* WHICH IS GOT CANCELLED BY CHEAPOAIR FOR SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE, I TALKED TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT SOMEONE HOW THEY FOUND OUT THAT THE FAULT WAS FROM THERE END (CHEAPOAIR), THERE WAS NO FAULT FROM MY END, ANYHOW THEY HAVE TRANSFERED MY CALL TO TRAVEL EXPERT TO GIVE ME SOME CREDIT OR FIND ME A GOOD FARE AGAIN, AS SOON AS MY CALLED WAS TRANSFERED THERE WAS GUY NAME "DUNMOR" WHO WAS TALKING SO RUDELY, MANNERLESS, IGNORANT KEEP TELLING ME THAT IT WAS YOUR FAULT, THERE WAS A PROBLEM WIHT MY CREDIT CARD WHICH I ALREADY CLEARED EARLIER BY CONFERANCE CALL BETWEEN CHEAPOAIR BILLING DEPARTMENT AND MY BANK. Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
