Don't trust a word they say! I booked a multiple flight with them in one transaction and part of my flight was canceled due to government issued ban to my destination. I called them before my flight and they told me that they will give me credit for the part that was canceled and I just had to take the first part of my trip. When I got there, I was over the phone for over 4 hrs. First, they said they won't give any credit. After lot of explanations over and over, they said they'll give me credit but I have to only use it to get back to where I was and they have to book a flight for me and I can't do it myself to use the credit!
I even accepted that but when they stared booking my return flight, they said the air fare is 2000 CAD while the price was 500 CAD on their own website! And told me that I have to pay additional 600 CAD to use my credit and get the 500 CAD flight! When I complained they said it's because we have some private fee and to use your credit you have to pay the private fee to force me not to use the credit
I'm not sure about US but in Canada you can report misleading and falsified companies to government. I can't include the link in this review but please google How to report fraud and scams in Canada and open the cic page or go to competitionbureau. Gc
I'm going to call and report them as soon as I can manage to get back to Canada. Please take action and don't let them get away with what they do.

Promo code I received by email was not working. Also all promo codes I got from representative over the phone were not working too.
Your booking was fast but its the experience after the airline booking that I have to wander. The passenger information on your webpage is all wrong but the same details when I check directly on the airline website (Emirates) using the airline confirmation number, is all correct. Not sure where you get passengers/travelers info to display on emails/booking page but its wrong and not the one I submitted during booking the flight. You might want to investigate your process and fix it. Also I tried to explain this over Chat but it dropped 4 times so far and I am exhausted and done explaining.

I paid extra to have the boarding passes sent to my e mail to avoid the line. It is now just 3 hours before the flight and I still have not received the boarding pass. I called and the gentlman said not to worry about it I will receive it shortly. This was two hours ago. The rest of the booking was great but don't offer this service if you can not deliver

Not very easy to navigate the various pages to book the flight, rent a car, and add checked baggage. However, this site returned the least expensive, direct round trip flights of any I tried.
Confusing about picking a seat, and I don't need a car rental but couldn't seem to get off that page!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
