OK, Dunmore was good. Sometimes a little impatient because the internet connection was frustrating, and sometimes, I had to ask him to repeat himself. Overall we both persevered.

Don't like the baggage fees and more expensive every time I fly. I guess the website was ok, but it's not laid out great. And only one personal item on frontier? Unbelievable

Whenever I have to book flights, I usually start searching weeks and weeks before hand, NOT because its cheaper to book ahead, but because I have to search for airlines/websites that take advantage of the customer the least. I have to mentally prepare myself to experience exceedingly poor business practice on behalf of airlines and booking agencies. This experience with Spirit and CheapOair.com has been no different. Its laughable that I can (and have to for just in case moments) buy Travel protection for an additional $11, and Cancel for any reason protection for an additional $28, but ONLY get 80% of the original ticket price of $165 back if anything should occur. As a health care provider who works in surgery, which changes day to day, and someone who is traveling to the SouthEast (hurricane country), chances of changes to my itinerary are usually likely. It would be nice to finally encounter an airline/booking agency who understood LIFE and offers full refunds when it happens. If an act of God occurs and theres a weather emergency, or in my personal case, a work/healthcare emergency, I will have effectively just given money to Spirit and CheapOair.com, for no reason. I can't even claim this fruitless waste of money as a "donation" on my taxes. Suffice it to say, being a traveler, for business (necessary), family (necessary) or fun (necessary for mental well-being) is an exercise in choosing between different brands of spoiled milk.

Good service, best price, displayed luggage info, confirmation was speedy and the airlines have all my information for the trip.

The correspondent is good. Booking was all smooth.

Very confusing trying to find out if I have reserved seats for an international flight. There's gotta be an easier way...
