I wanted to get a ticket for my son on Dec17th. The Representetive gave me for Dec 23rd which I didn't notice. I called back to change the date. They never answered at the first time though I waited 45 minutes. I was calling from out of USA. So I had to pay for international roaming call. Waited 30 minutes. Then transfer me to somewhere several time. If I was told I can change the flight in 24 hours but they charge me penalty. How can we believe what they say. They say something but when they have to do they harass you.
