Got what I wanted when you prompted me with an alternative to what I was going to book. Then it flowed smoothly to the end.
Spent several hours over the period of two days on calls holding for anyone who could contact the airline when MKE was announcing flights delayed and cancelled yet American Airlines refused to do more than put a travel alert out. I told the agents I couldn't wait till eNtEr last minute to find out my flight had been cancelled and needed someone to get ahold on anyone who could do more then just like at the website and say what I already knew, the website said the flight was on schedule even though mke was announcing delays and cancellations. I finally just not the bullet and rescheduled my flight because I knew that the flight was not going to be on schedule and was charged $100 for rescheduling and then, just as I knew would happen, a day later the airline canceled what was supposed to be my original flight so I called back to cheap o air to tell them and ask them to refund my $100 for rescheduling since the original flight did get officially cancelled and all passengers were being refunded or given new flights and was told that they couldn't refund the money because I made the choice early rather than waiting till the last second and not being able to make it home for the holidays. Not only will I never book with cheap o air or any of their affiliates booking agencies again but I will post this on Google reviews for others to see.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. My flight got canceled and they did not responded to my request for rescheduling or anything. They kept transferring me to their schedule team and with waiting long more than 4 hours and no response at all. In the end in their chat service they said there is no flight for me to schedule. I do not recommend them and I will never ever get tickets from them.

Making multiple phone call and the customer service is really poor. Not only the calls keep getting dropped, I have a hard time understand their accents.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
