I found this site to be easy to follow. All i wanted to say.

I booked new years vacation package booking nnumber #******* with cheepoair for $4435. On the day of travel the airlines canceled my flight. After numerous calls and trying to get me on another flight CheapOair could not offer a new flight, and now they are not refunding the money. Even there is service fee of $222 that they are keeping even they could not get me to the destination. So basically you can book vacation here they will cancel your flight and you get nothing, your money is gone no vacation no money. Madness. I have been on calls with them for hours and you keep waiting and being transferred from one person to another with no resolution yet.

Easy to navigate and get the flight that I need it

Pretty easy! Decided to take a trip on a whim and a friend suggested CheapOair.

Very happy with how fast I was able to book and the price.

Trying to get refund for cancelled trip. Site says processed but money was never refunded. Called Customer service to get proof the money was transferred to my bank. This is basic, you don't transfer money without a batch number or a transaction number. But it is impossible with the customer service operators. They speak very bad English, transferred me to many different operators, all asking me the same questions and putting me on hold for 5 minutes many times. I believe the objective it to make you give up. If it is not a scam, this service was poorly designed and operated by incompetent people. Will never do business with cheapoair again.

Cost wise it was expensive changing my booking, but they were very patient with me and tried to find me the best option. I really appreciate the time they took to help me, despite my frustrations.

Getting where I want to go for a reasonable price and options

I purchased 2 x 1way segment tickets in Aug 22 for travels for (1) Dec 4,2022 and for (2) Dec 28,2022. In October 2022, the first segment was cancelled due to airline schedule change and CheapOair promised a refund after 2 billing cycle, yet to receive the full amount even after 3 months. For the second segment, I received a notice of Airline cancellation for no reason on Dec 27,2022 evening and I had a chat with the agent (it was quite expensive to call them during my international travel). Since the original travel was having some schedule change, I did accept the first schedule change sometime in Oct 2022. The agent on the chat was not clear to me on the schedule change and wanted me to accept the schedule, which I did. The agent also promised to send the new itinerary and ticket in couple of hours, although I was leaving for airport for Dec 28 early morning flight. On reaching airline counter, the staff mentioned to me that my ticket (with me) was showing Dec 28 itinerary, but their system showed an itinerary for Dec 29. The airline staff was cooperative and told me to get a confirmed ticket for any travel date then only they would be able to put me on a flight. I continued my chat with Cheapoair with multiple agents on different occasion throughout Dec 28 and no one could help me to get a confirmed ticket although they were sending me itinerary. On Dec 28 evening, I requested for full refund with Cheapoair since I was losing my work days and had to take a decision to book my ticket through some other reliable agents. On Dec 31, I have not received a refund intimation by email yet, although the agent told me that it will take 24-48 hours to get me an email confirmation itself. I urge everybody to not do booking through Cheapoair as they do not care about booking your ticket with the airlines and they do not send eticket as they promise. They also don't have any good relationship with any airline it seems. Their reputation is not at all good with me so I will never do a reservation with Cheapoair. My fight will continue to get all the money paid to them full in advance.
