I have traveled with cheapoair for several years, and i am very happy with their service.
The baggage "Add On," was a horrible process. This is an emergency flight because my brother is in ICU and the site kept going up in pricing as I tried to get a flight. So I took what I could. Then the baggage purchase kept showing for every flight and four showed. I was scared to even put baggage on my purchase the way it displays. However, the site stated that the price would be higher at the airport. The Entry of baggage should be separate and should only show once. And the site will not allow me to login. I tried calling and they do not accept calls until 8AM. I should have booked via the MWR. SMH Praying my New Year gets better. I will attempt to call their Customer Service later in the morning.
