Avoid at all cost. Cheap b´s as the name indicates. This is where airlines go to hide when they have issued a refund that they do not want you to use.
This is how the fraud works, British Airways issues a credit for a flight cancelled, however if the purchase was through CheapO then the credit is on CheapOair. When you call CheapO to try,book a new ticket, they can only book you on flights that cost 200% the price you will pay by buying the same ticket at that same moment online. Thus the credit never gets used and eventually the credit expires.
Also this is a US agency, I am in UK, even if they have a UK web all customer support is in the US.
Hello, the credit is still valid for travel on BA, the only difference is, because you booked the original flight with Cheapoair the travel agency you have to call them to use that credit. When you called the dates you wanted for your new travel was expensive, we do not just quote a price, the price is taken directly from BA. Perhaps changing your travel dates would drop the fare. Also we sell travel all over the world and it is marked on our website that we are a USA based company that services customers from all over the world.
I bought a round trip tickets last year and I have been told by Cheap o air that my return ticket is valid for one year I called the cheap o air agent 3 months ahead to confirm my return ticket the agent name nicole he said is still valid but when I called 2 months before the expiration date for my return ticket they said it is void and I should call the airline and I said I paid cheapoair directly but they refused to honor my return ticket put me on hold for more then 50 minutes and switch their so call supervisor, I will never do business with this cheapoair travel website besides I have problem understanding their english.
