Not happy about seating fees and other add-ons. Your company needs to disclose these bait-and-switch schemes before the final booking process. After the US taxpayers bailed out the airlines with billions of dollars they are now delivering horrible service at predatory prices.

Every reservation I have made has changes. Will not make reservations thru you again. Will go directly thru an airline and not Frontier.

The absolute worst 3rd party company I have EVER used. This is not my first 3rd party company, Im known for using them and I can say this is definitely the worst one by FAR. If you like long holds, late to no communication in regards to flight changes, no help with making adjustments when needed due to cancellations and ofc being told they will contact your hotel but didnt… then this is the unfortunate service for you. Good luck!
I regret to tell you that I am very frustrated doing business with you. I need to change my return date to an earlier day and found out that the cost of changing the ticket is almost as expensive as buying a new one-way ticket. If I knew that I had that restriction, I would have selected another company to purchase the ticket from. Why wasn't I told?

I would love to put into words how frustrated this company made me, but I don't have the vocabulary to emphasize it enough. This is literally the WORST booking company in the world. I had to explain to 3 different agents that my return flight made no sense given. Uh... basic math, and all they did was read my flight information back to me as if I'm the one not understanding that it's correct to have a flight leaving spot A at 12:05am and arriving 6:46am of the next day, for a flight that is only 8 something hours long. They blamed it on the time zone difference. The time zone difference was of 2 hours. To make any sense what they were telling me, the time zone difference would have to be of over 20 something hours ON THE OTHER DIRECTION. Finally after talking to the third guy they used their brains and "fixed" the problem, only for me to have to rebook everything during check in, because they booked it all wrong again. But now the flights are full and I'm waiting an extra 7 hours at the airport to get home. I want to praise the people from American Airlines who fixed their screw ups for me tho, they were great. Please think twice before using this terrible business. Even if they have the cheapest stuff, they will abandon you at best, and literally screw you over at worst right after they take your card.

I bought a ticket from CheapOair and needed a wheelchair. I had called them for the service and they said everything is booked successfully and added. When I reached the airport, they said that your flight does not entail service of a wheelchair thus having me appear as no show on flight. I wasted my money booking through this party. Would never recommend it for anyone! Worst service ever!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
