Will never purchase airline tickets from this website again. Do NOT recommend shopping with Cheapoair. Everything is very misleading. You think you are getting good deals on flights, but you are not. I had to change flights due to an error with initial booking. I could not make any changes online. It had to all be done through an agent, on the phone, who hardly spoke English. He charged me for the flight change, even though I had prepaid for flight insurance to make sure I could make flight changes. He downgraded all of the flights I originally paid for to basic economy without telling me. If you are not familiar with basic economy, this means you do not get to select your seats, you may get bumped from your flight, you are not allowed any carry on or checked items, just one small personal item. I am not only shocked that I was charged extra to be downgraded to this when I had paid originally for regular economy class tickets, but the agent never even told me that is what he was doing. I paid $2200+ for 2 roundtrip flights from TPA to HNL when if I would have just went through Delta directly, which is the airline Cheapoair put us(my husband and myself) on, I would only have had to pay $1800. Additionally, I now have to pay an extra $475 to ensure we get seats and get to choose our seats so we can sit by each other. Every time I try to get help from Cheapoair they refer me to Delta saying there is nothing they can do. It is like a blame game getting passed around with everyone who I've spoken to trying to pass the issue on to someone else. WORST customer service. DO NOT give this site your money. You WILL REGRET it.
