I use this site for all my travel needs. I have always been satisfied with the service.
My flight was delayed due to bad weather. They rerouted my flight until we could fly into Atlanta. When we finally got to Atlanta I was told by their van driver that the company closed at 12:00am. I have been try to contact the company and haven't been successful. I'm very disappointed.
I was told I could phone for assistance for seat selection.
But, all numbers I've called are incorrect.

I tried to get a refund for an air ticket (Booking Nº: *******) that I bought from someone else with my money and you ttold me that it is not possible to get a refund. Totally unfair. You have mora than 15 days untill my departure. Is almost a fraud. Never again CheapoAir
The fare rules state the ticket is on refundable, and the fare rules were also displayed on the booking page, and the payment page which you agreed to those terms and acknowledged them when you hit submit for purchase. It doesn't matter to the airline if it's 15 days or 100 days, the fare rules must be followed.
