I purchased a ticket on June 7 and June 29 at the airport. They told me there is no booking. I'll call cheapo air and they told me two different things. I cancel the flight with the airline and airline says they lying. They messed up my whole vacation with my family. I end up buying another ticket from another town and they don't want to even refund my original money they were like airline charge you and they supposed to give your money back.

I need to contact CheapOair by e-mail, which is impossible. I have a ticket to go back to Auckland NZ with United Airlines. I want to cancel and take another ticket with Suisse or Singapour Airlines. I have the Safe Flyer PRO Pack. They told me that I can cancel easily. Impossible to contact them.

Our 9 member family git tickets to England fir my dad's 95th birthday in May 2020, but of course was canceled because of Covid. The airline Virgin Atlantic gave us to end of 2023 to rebook and CheapOAir said our booking was held open but now that we are ready to rebook CheapOAir will not honor our credits due to us. DONT EVER USE CHEAPOAIR
