I had an international flight booked traveling with 2 kids- they didn't bother to mention that the ticket I was buying had airport changes on the layover. Basically travel from DFW land in Miami - find your own transportation and get to Fort Lauderdale for the connecting flight. The $50 dollars I thought I was saving was not enough to even pay for the Uber ride. That wasn't all. I had to pay for 4 bags twice doubling my expense on bag fees because the way the flight was set up was two separate flights not one continuous flight with a layover- they never disclosed this. I initially saved $50 on the ticket but it costed me an extra $450 to make the trip. Im not counting the head ache all this created when I discovered at the airport what was going on. I have made several call to try to get them to cover my Uber fee or extra bag fee in vein. If the rep doesn't hang up on me - I get promises for a call back that never happens. Save your sanity and money- DO NOT USE CheapOair

However, approximately two days later, we were awoken by a different operator, calling from the US to confirm specific seating details of our journey's first and last legs. Unfortunately, he did not take into account the time difference between our two countries. He called at 4:00 am.
CheapOair is the best. Your agent was helpful, polite, and, above all resolved my request quickly. No significant waiting. That's why I keep booking with CheapOair.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

The flights on the availability screen did show the airport change and this was booked online by you. We never received a call even over a week later from the booking date to try and make the changes prior to the June 23 departure.
